The prices are in euro and are intended for one week: preferably from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to Sunday. Il Ciliegio: price, 50 euros for every extra person, and include energy consumed, final house cleaning, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels – changed weekly. The cost of heating is 10 euros per day for the hours permitted by law.
Il Ciliegio and Casaemi can be rented for a minimum of 5 days only in Mid Season:
Il Ciliegio 135 euros a day, Casaemi 150 euros a day. Casaemi: 10% discount if rented by two people.

Il Melograno can be rented for a minimum of 5 days only in
Mid Season: 160 euros a day.
The price includes linen, energy consumed, and final house cleaning. Heating is not included (it has a separate meter).
Pets are allowed, but you must ask the owner in advance – the price is 50 euros per week.
Private car park, laundry room with washing machine and ironing board are available for guests.

Tourist tax
The municipality of Diano Marina has imposed a 1 euro per person per night tourist tax, up to a maximum of 7 nights per person.
Children under 14 are exempted. (Legislative decree Art.4 March 14, 2011; municipal sanction of Diano Marina n.20, February 20,
2019).
Payment conditions
- a deposit is required at the time of booking
- settle on arrival, upon delivery of the keys
- cancellations: the full amount is due in case of cancellation communicated after 15 days from the arrival date
